- Fivoor - 24 - 36 uur - Poortugaal, Zuid-Holland, Nederland ( ) - Online sinds: gisteren Fivoor Als ANW-hoofd bij onze klinieken in Rotterdam bewaak je buiten kantoortijden de veiligheid, continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg. Je neemt de regie tijdens avonden, nachten en weekenden, ondersteunt collega's bij complexe situaties en maakt het verschil op momenten waarop snel en doordacht handelen telt. Dit ga jij doen Tijdens jouw dienst houd je overzicht over het hele terrein. Je schakelt tussen zorg, coördinatie, bedrijfsvoering én crisismanagement en zorgt dat collega's hun werk veilig en zorgvuldig kunnen uitvoeren. - Je bewaakt de continuïteit van zorg tijdens avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. - Je houdt overzicht over het hele terrein en stuurt collega's functioneel aan. - Je bent altijd het eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe instanties. - Je neemt verzuimmeldingen aan en draagt zorg voor de bezetting op de afdelingen, waarbij onze klinieken in Rotterdam een sterke achterwachtregeling kennen waarbij dit per functie is geregeld. - Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit en beoordeelt somatische en psychiatrische situaties. - Je neemt de leiding bij incidenten en crisissituaties en zorgt voor een veilige aanpak. - Je adviseert collega's bij complexe vraagstukken en ondersteunt bij besluitvorming. - Je draagt bij aan duidelijke werkprocessen, goede samenwerking en een sterk ANW-team. Hier kom jij te werken Als ANW-hoofd val je organisatorisch onder het team van onze tbs-kliniek FPC de Kijvelanden, maar tijdens je diensten ben je verantwoordelijk voor álle klinieken op het terrein van Fivoor in Rotterdam. Binnen FPC de Kijvelanden behandelen we patiënten met een tbs-maatregel in een omgeving waar veiligheid, behandeling en ontwikkeling hand in hand gaan. De andere klinieken op ons terrein bieden eveneens hoogwaardige forensisch psychiatrische zorg, maar dan aan patiënten zonder tbs-maatregel. Daarnaast neem je telefoontjes...
