Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de facility solutionssector. Vanuit hun site in Antwerpen ondersteunen ze de dagelijkse werking van verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep. Door interne verschuivingen en de nood aan continuïteit binnen het accountingteam zoeken ze een AP Accountant om het Financeteam te versterken.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als AP Accountant maak je deel uit van het financiële team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging van de leveranciersboekhouding. Je verzorgt de verwerking van aankoopfacturen, onkostennota's en andere financiële documenten en waakt erover dat alle transacties nauwkeurig en tijdig worden geregistreerd. Daarnaast volg je leveranciersrekeningen en openstaande posten op, onderhoud je contacten met leveranciers en zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling van financiële dossiers. Je bereidt betalingen voor via de gebruikelijke bankplatformen en draagt mee bij aan een betrouwbare en kwalitatieve financiële administratie. Ook ondersteun je diverse boekhoudkundige en administratieve processen en zorg je ervoor dat wettelijke en interne verplichtingen correct worden nageleefd. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met je collega's binnen finance en krijg je de kans om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen over je eigen dossiers. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, gestructureerde aanpak en proactieve houding behoud je steeds het overzicht en draag je bij aan een efficiënte werking van de afdeling. Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving waar samenwerking, initiatief en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Jouw profiel

  • Je communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat of bachelor in een financiële richting.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over drie jaar relevante ervaring als AP Accountant.
  • Je bent hands on ingesteld, snel operationeel inzetbaar en werkt nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel (draaitabellen, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Er wordt intern gewerkt met een eigen pakket gebaseerd op Oracle, ervaring hierin is een pluspunt.
