In dieser Schlüsselrolle schlägst du die Brücke zwischen Fachbereich, externen Partnern und IT. Du erkennst Bedürfnisse, entwickelst passende Lösungsansätze und steuerst deren Umsetzung mit Blick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Mehrwert. Als Application Manager verantwortest du zentrale Unternehmensanwendungen und deren Weiterentwicklung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Ob Modernisierung bestehender Systeme, Ablöse von Legacy-Anwendungen oder Einführung neuer Technologien - du treibst unsere Applikationslandschaft aktiv in Richtung Zukunft. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei im Umfeld von Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) sowie im Enterprise Content Management mit Doxis. Spezifisches Produktwissen kannst du bei uns aufbauen. Entscheidend sind dein technisches Grundverständnis, deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und deine Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Was man bei uns bewegt: Steuerung und Begleitung von Application-Lifecycle-Projekten, von der Ablöse von Legacy-Systemen bis zur Einführung neuer Software. End-to-End-Verantwortung für definierte Anwendungen sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung. Analyse von Business-Anforderungen und Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen mit klarem Fokus auf den geschäftlichen Mehrwert. Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung gemeinsam mit internen Teams und externen Partnern. Weiterentwicklung der Application Governance sowie aktive Mitgestaltung einer effizienten und zukunftsorientierten Applikationslandschaft. Steuerung externer Dienstleister und professionelles Stakeholder-Management auf unterschiedlichen Unternehmensebenen. Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Lizenzmanagement und Kostenkontrolle. Was uns überzeugt: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (Studium, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation). Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management, IT-Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle. Erfahrung in der Steuerung von IT-Dienstleistern und externen Partnern sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen. Solides Verständnis von Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering und der Umsetzung nachhaltiger IT-Lösungen. Technisches Grundverständnis von IT-Architekturen, Schnittstellen und Datenflüssen; Erfahrung mit Cloud-Anwendungen ist von Vorteil. Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu priorisieren und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und die Motivation, Anwendungen und Projekte aktiv voranzutreiben. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.547 Euro.
