Als arbeidsonderzoeker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering, begeleiding en rapportage van de arbeidsonderzoeken. Je stelt testprogramma's samen en neemt deze ook af bij verschillende deelnemers. Deze kunnen gericht zijn op vragen omtrent intelligentie, persoonlijkheid en sociaal functioneren, in relatie tot arbeid. Wat maakt jou een ideale kandidaat? - In het bezit van een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Toegepaste Psychologie, of een hbo-opleiding gericht op onderzoek en advisering, bijv. AMA psychodiagnostiek, studie- en beroepskeuze of daaraan gerelateerd. - Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en kennis van de doelgroep werkzoekenden met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt en specifiek met de doelgroep Beschut Werk en Indicatie Banenafspraak. - Kennis en ervaring met diverse onderzoeksinstrumenten om capaciteiten en arbeidsmogelijkheden van deelnemers in kaart te brengen. - Analytisch sterk; in staat om op een efficiënte manier een analyse te maken en op basis daarvan een advies te formuleren. - Communicatief sterk, in woord en geschrift. - Verantwoordelijk en initiatief nemend. - Empathisch, maar kan wel voldoende afstand nemen van de vaak complexe problematiek van deelnemers. - Overtuigingskracht, je sluit aan bij je gesprekspartner, beschikt over een goed gevoel van timing en zorgt ervoor dat je inhoudelijk goed op de hoogte bent. Je bent stellig en duidelijk en overwint zo weerstanden. - Gecertificeerd Psychodiagnostisch Werkende is een pré.
