Door de groei van onze klant, een gerenommeerd architectenbureau, zoeken we een gemotiveerde architect die wil bijleren, vragen durft te stellen en op termijn zelfstandig meerdere top-projecten kan opvolgen. Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar leergierigheid, betrokkenheid en de wil om te groeien zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Je krijgt de nodige ondersteuning en begeleiding van ervaren projectarchitecten om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de verschillende aspecten van projectopvolging. Naarmate je ervaring groeit, krijg je ook steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers.

Bij onze klant krijg je de kans om projecten niet alleen op papier te zien maar ze van dichtbij te volgen tot en met de effectieve uitvoering.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Zodra de bouwaanvraag is goedgekeurd, neem je het dossier over van de ontwerpafdeling en begeleid je het project richting uitvoering.
  • Je verwerkt en coördineert de verschillende technische studies, zoals stabiliteit, EPB en technieken.
  • Je maakt aanbestedingsdossiers op en zorgt ervoor dat deze technisch en administratief correct en volledig zijn.
  • Je werkt samen met aannemers, studiebureaus en andere bouwpartners en leert hoe je een project ook op de werf succesvol begeleidt.
  • Je volgt werven op van A tot Z en staat mee in voor de kwaliteit en goede uitvoering van de projecten.
  • Je bent een Master Architectuur met relevante ervaring en een goede kennis van het bouwproces.
  • Je ben technisch en administratief sterk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent zelfstandig maar functioneert even goed binnen een team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt mee op lange termijn.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld ifv het behalen van deadlines.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Vectorworks en AutoCAD.
