Waar kom je terecht?

  • Met uitzondering van opleidingsmomenten op ons kantoor, in Brussel vlak bij het station Brussel-Centraal, ben je voornamelijk op de baan.
  • Je werkt binnen jouw regio Antwerpen (van Centraal- tot Noord-Antwerpen).
  • Een bachelor of masterdiploma (Architectuur, Ingenieurswetenschappen, Industriële wetenschappen, bouwkunde) en minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de sector (bv. als architect, werfleider, in technical due diligence, aanneming, urbanisme of een studiebureau).
  • Kennis van de bouwtechniek en de regelgeving.
  • Het vermogen om plannen te lezen en te begrijpen.
  • Afhankelijk van de regio waarin je werkt, is een basiskennis Frans en Engels een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met de digitale wereld.
