Barcelone - Espagne Rejoignez le futur pôle d'ingénierie et développement du groupe AXOR Dans le cadre de son développement, AXOR Ingénierie souhaite faire de Barcelone son futur pôle d'ingénierie, de coordination et de développement pour l'ensemble du groupe. Déjà implanté sur plusieurs marchés, le groupe accompagne ses clients dans la conception, l'ingénierie, la fabrication et le déploiement de structures métalliques destinées aux bâtiments industriels, tertiaires et résidentiels. Nous recherchons aujourd'hui un Architecte Responsable d'Agence capable d'allier expertise technique, pilotage de projets et esprit entrepreneurial. Votre mission Rattaché à la Direction Générale du groupe, vous assurez la responsabilité technique et opérationnelle de l'agence de Barcelone. Vous intervenez sur les projets de l'esquisse jusqu'à la réalisation, tout en participant à la structuration de l'activité locale, à la coordination des équipes et au développement futur du pôle Barcelone. Vos principales responsabilités Expertise technique et suivi des projets - Assurer la mise au point des projets de l'esquisse au DCE : plans, coupes, façades, carnets de détails ; - Établir et superviser les pièces écrites et graphiques relatives aux dossiers administratifs : PC, PA, permis de démolir ; - Produire et suivre les pièces graphiques relatives aux marchés de travaux ; - Gérer, coordonner et synthétiser les éléments des différents intervenants : maîtrise d'ouvrage, services d'urbanisme, bureaux d'études, bureaux de contrôle, partenaires techniques ; - Analyser la faisabilité technique des projets et proposer des solutions adaptées. Développement, coordination et management - Participer à la structuration de l'agence de Barcelone et de ses méthodes de travail ; - Contribuer au recrutement, à l'intégration et au pilotage progressif des futures équipes ; - Développer un réseau de partenaires et représenter AXOR auprès des acteurs du secteur ; - Participer au développement de nouvelles activités liées aux structures métalliques, à l'enveloppe du bâtiment et aux solutions constructives innovantes. Profil recherché - Formation Architecte ou équivalent ; - Expérience confirmée en cabinet d'architecture, bureau d'études, ingénierie, construction ou environnement similaire ; - Bonne connaissance de la réglementation bâtiment : ERP, RT 2012, RE 2020, Code du Travail, ICPE, PMR, CDAC/CNAC ; - Maîtrise des outils professionnels : Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, BIM ou équivalent ; - Expérience en coordination de projets, pilotage d'activité ou management appréciée ; - Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie et capacité à structurer une activité locale ; - Rigueur, réactivité, sens du relationnel et goût pour le travail en équipe ; - Goût pour l'innovation constructive et les environnements internationaux. Langues - Français courant indispensable ; - Espagnol professionnel indispensable ; - Anglais apprécié ; - Turc apprécié. Ce poste s'adresse à vous si..
