Krijg jij energie van coaching, operationele uitdagingen en het behalen van sterke commerciële resultaten? Heb je ervaring binnen retail en ben je klaar voor een volgende stap met meer verantwoordelijkheid en impact?

Als Area Manager krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over 4 à 5 filialen en stuur je indirect een team van zo’n 120 tot 180 medewerkers aan. Jij bent de schakel tussen de winkels, het regionale kantoor en het hoofdkantoor en zorgt ervoor dat alles operationeel én commercieel vlot blijft draaien.

  • Coachen en begeleiden van store managers binnen jouw regio.
  • Opvolgen van commerciële resultaten, KPI’s en actieplannen.
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op de winkelvloer om teams te ondersteunen.
  • Mee bewaken van procedures, structuur en operationele efficiëntie.
  • Ondersteunen bij personeelsplanning, uitdagingen op de werkvloer en complexe situaties.
  • Fungeren als belangrijke schakel tussen winkels, regionaal kantoor en hoofdkantoor.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met afdelingen zoals HR, logistiek, marketing en IT.
  • Actief zoeken naar optimalisaties en efficiëntere manieren van werken.
  • Zorgen voor een sterke klantbeleving en kwalitatieve winkelwerking.
  • Store managers helpen groeien naar meer autonomie en leiderschap.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Minstens heb je een eerste stevige ervaring binnen retail, FMCG of een operationele omgeving.
  • Ervaring in people management en het aansturen van grotere teams is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent sterk coachend ingesteld en haalt energie uit het ontwikkelen van mensen.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig ga je aan de slag binnen een dynamische retailomgeving.
  • Organisatorisch ben je sterk en je volgt vlot processen en structuren op.
  • Een commerciële ingesteldheid combineer je met oog voor resultaten én mensen.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en behoudt overzicht in uitdagende situaties.
  • Nederlands heb je onder de knie en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken met een vrije dag tijdens de week.
  • Binnen een gestructureerde omgeving met duidelijke procedures en hoge verwachtingen voel je je thuis.
