Leider met focus op team, procesoptimalisatie en productieresultaat Als Area Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de prestaties van jouw area binnen de productieomgeving. Je werkt in dagploeg, stuurt de shift supervisors en process specialisten aan, bewaakt de resultaten op basis van KPI's en vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete acties. Je neemt ownership over de area en werkt nauw samen met het Operations Management team en ondersteunende diensten om continue verbetering te realiseren. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Industrial Operations Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het: - Aansturen van en samenwerken met de shift supervisors (± 5 per area) en het area process team. - Volgen, analyseren en interpreteren van KPI's via dashboards op maand- en dagbasis om corrigerende acties en targets te definiëren. - Deelnemen aan productie-routines en in dialoog staan met de productieplanning om afstemming en haalbaarheid te waarborgen. - Nemen van ownership over optimalisatie-, investerings- en digitaliseringsinitiatieven binnen de area. - Uitdagen van ondersteunende diensten (zoals maintenance en toolroom) en actief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties. - Ondersteunen van shift supervisors bij personeelsgerelateerde problemen en escalaties. - Implementeren en opvolgen van d...
