Met jouw servicegerichte en resultaatgerichte instelling zorg je voor:

  • Coaching en begeleiding: Je coacht, begeleidt en traint onze schoonmaakmedewerkers en voert regelmatig evaluatiegesprekken om hun prestaties te optimaliseren.
  • Planning en controle: Je stelt efficiënte planningen op en houdt nauwkeurig toezicht op de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden bij onze klanten.
  • Klantrelaties: Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en onderhoudt regelmatig contact om te zorgen voor tevredenheid en langdurige samenwerkingen.
  • Kwaliteitsverbetering: Je herkent de behoeften van klanten en speelt hier proactief op in om onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.
  • Administratie: Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging die hoort bij jouw rol, zoals loonvoorbereiding, facturatie, vakantieplanning en het regelen van vervangingen.
  • Rapportage: Je rapporteert op vaste momenten aan je District Manager en werkt samen om uitstekende financiële resultaten te behalen.
  • Team samenstellen: Je werft nieuwe schoonmaakmedewerkers aan in samenwerking met onze HR-afdeling om een sterk team op te bouwen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur in de schoonmaaksector.
  • Je bent een probleemoplosser die direct ziet wat er moet gebeuren en snel schakelt om dit aan te pakken.
  • Je staat voor je woorden: dankzij jouw commerciële vaardigheden en heldere communicatie weten klanten en teamleden altijd waar ze aan toe zijn.
  • Je bent een organisatietalent dat in alle omstandigheden het overzicht behoudt en prioriteiten weet te stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om te werken met variabele uren.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, en je hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en vertrouwd met MS Office.
