The posting

Estamos buscando, para nuestro cliente —una marca líder con una red consolidada de tiendas propias en expansión—, a un/a Area Manager con visión estratégica, fuerte orientación al cliente y capacidad de liderazgo operativo.

El objetivo es claro: asegurar que cada tienda funcione como una unidad de alto rendimiento, con foco en rentabilidad, excelencia operativa y cultura de equipo.

¿Qué harás en este rol? - Liderarás varios puntos de venta, garantizando una ejecución impecable de la operación diaria, estándares de marca y experiencia de cliente.

- Serás responsable de la gestión de KPIs (ventas, rentabilidad, eficiencia operativa, NPS...), diseñando e implementando planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos.

- Desarrollarás y motivarás a los/as Store Managers, construyendo equipos comprometidos, alineados y con foco en resultados.

- Trabajarás mano a mano con las áreas centrales (producto, marketing, operaciones) para activar iniciativas locales con impacto directo en el negocio.

- Supervisarás planificación de personal, formación, turnos y cumplimiento de normativa en cada punto de venta.

- Reportarás a dirección general, aportando insights del terreno, riesgos detectados y oportunidades de mejora continua.

¿Qué perfil buscamos? - Has trabajado al menos 3-5 años liderando múltiples puntos de venta en retail, horeca organizada o alimentación.

- Tienes un mindset operativo con visión de negocio y orientación a resultados.

- Tu estilo de liderazgo es cercano, exigente y movilizador: sabes sacar lo mejor de cada equipo.

- Te desenvuelves con soltura analizando datos, operativas y palancas comerciales.

- Eres autónomo/a, estructurado/a, resolutivo/a y con alta capacidad de priorización.

- Dispones de movilidad geográfica en Cantabria y carnet de conducir.
