FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als ploegbaas voor asfaltwerken ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen planning, uitvoering en kwaliteit. Je houdt het overzicht, begeleidt je team en zorgt dat elk project vlot en correct verloopt.

  • Overleg & planning: Samen met de werfleider bepaal je welke asfaltwerken uitgevoerd worden en plan je ze in op het juiste moment, met de juiste middelen en materialen.
  • Leiding op de werf: Je stuurt je eigen ploeg aan, geeft duidelijke instructies en houdt rekening met veiligheid en onverwachte situaties.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken: Tijdens de uitvoering volg je de werkzaamheden op, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt.
  • Oplevering en afrekening: Na afloop meet je de werkzaamheden op voor de afrekening en draag je het dossier over aan de werfleider.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over hoe de werkprocessen slimmer, sneller en efficiënter kunnen verlopen.

PROFIEL

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in asfaltwerken.
  • Praktisch inzicht, leidinggevende vaardigheden en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Vaardig in opmeten, schetsen en berekenen van hoeveelheden.
  • Autonome, proactieve en nauwkeurige werkstijl.
  • VCA-attest of bereid dit te behalen.
  • Rijbewijs B.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands.
