Wie zijn wij?

Kinderopvanglocatie harlekijntje behoort tot de vzw Sint-Goedele Brussel. VZW Sint-Goedele wil goede opvang en goed onderwijs aanbieden. Zo maken we kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen klaar voor een harmonieus samenleven in een veeltalige en multiculturele samenleving. Respect, verantwoordelijkheid en medemenselijkheid staan daarbij voorop.

In 13 kinderopvanglocaties, in 8 verschillende gemeenten in Brussel, vangt vzw Sint-Goedele Brussel elke dag zo'n 600 kinderen op.

Wat houdt je functie in?

  • Je verzorgt en begeleidt kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar doorheen heel de dag (eet-, speel-, slaap-, onthaal-, ... momenten)
  • Je bent actief bezig met de kinderen. Je plant en begeleidt pedagogische activiteiten volgens de visie van onze organisatie.
  • Je maakt contact met ouders en andere opvoedingsverantwoordelijken. Je informeert hen over het dagverloop en het welbevinden van hun kind. Je luistert naar hun vragen.
  • Samen met de leidinggevende en het team denk je na over de werking. Je bouwt samen aan een kwaliteitsvolle kinderopvang. Je werkt actief mee om de veiligheid en de pedagogische aanpak van de opvang te verbeteren.

Welk profiel zoeken we?

  • Je omarmt de Brusselse diversiteit en werkt graag met kinderen, hun gezinnen en begeleiders in de kinderopvang.
  • Je hebt een praktische pedagogische kennis of bent leergierig.
  • Je durft te communiceren naar collega's, ouders, leidinggevenden, ... .
  • Je bent flexibel in werktijden in een 38-uren stelsel en werkt tussen 7.00 uur en 18.30 uur. Avondvergaderingen zijn mogelijk. Het is mogelijk dat je uitzonderlijk eens op een andere locatie binnen onze vzw wordt ingezet als kindbegeleider. Dit wordt altijd in overleg met jou gedaan.
  • Je vindt het welbevinden en de betrokkenheid van de kinderen belangrijk.
  • Je hebt minstens niveau 2.4 Nederlands.

Diplomavoorwaarden?

  • Je beschikt over een getuigschrift of diploma Secundair Onderwijs: Richting Kinderzorg, Kinderverzorging, Jeugd- en Gehandicaptenzorg, of Gezondheid & Welzijn.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma/getuigschrift volwassenonderwijs/syntra/CVO: opleiding Kinderbegeleider, Kinderzorg, of Persoonsbegeleider.
