Bouw mee aan batterijsystemen van morgen.

Bij Cordeel houden we van mensen die graag maken, verbeteren en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Voor onze activiteiten rond batterijtechnologie zoeken we een ervaren assemblagemedewerker die verder kijkt dan alleen de montage. Iemand die technisch sterk is, kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend vindt en niet stopt bij de vaststelling dat iets niet werkt.

Je bouwt mee aan hoogwaardige batterijsystemen voor professionele toepassingen. Je assembleert, test, analyseert en herstelt. En zie je dat iets slimmer, veiliger of efficiënter kan? Dan verwachten we dat je dat ook zegt.

Kortom: geen klassieke assemblagejob, maar een technische rol met verantwoordelijkheid.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt mee aan het volledige assemblageproces van cell-to-module tot module-to-pack. Daarbij combineer je nauwkeurig montagewerk met testen, troubleshooting en kwaliteitscontrole.

Concreet:

  • Assembleren – Je monteert en bouwt klantspecifieke batterijmodules en complete batterypacks voor B2B-toepassingen.
  • Testen – Je voert functionele en elektrische testen uit en controleert of modules en batterijsystemen correct en veilig functioneren.
  • Troubleshooten – Een foutcode of storing? Jij gaat op zoek naar de oorzaak, analyseert het probleem en zorgt voor een passende oplossing.
  • Herstellen – Je herstelt systemen en vervangt waar nodig componenten of cellen.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken – Je voert kritische kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles uit op cellen, modules en complete packs.
  • Verbeteren – Je ziet waar het productieproces beter kan en vertaalt dat naar concrete voorstellen.
  • Kennis delen – Dankzij jouw ervaring ben je een technisch aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en help je nieuwe collega's op weg.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met technisch inzicht, drive en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, Mechatronica of Elektriciteit.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een assemblage- of productieomgeving.
  • Elektriciteit en/of elektronica zijn je niet vreemd.
  • Ervaring met batterijtechnologie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en elektrische schema's lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je denkt analytisch en zoekt graag uit waarom iets niet werkt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en elektrische veiligheid.
  • Je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief wanneer je kansen voor verbetering ziet.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken én communiceert vlot met collega's.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands. Praktische kennis van het Engels is een plus.
