EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - Assemblagemonteur Achtbanen & Treintjes Werken aan indrukwekkende attracties en treinonderdelen die wereldwijd worden ingezet? In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat onderdelen nauwkeurig worden geassembleerd aan de hand van technische tekeningen en montagevoorschriften. Je monteert onder meer aandrijvingen, remmen, wielen en verschillende mechanische componenten. Een afwisselende functie waarin techniek, precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ga je aan de slag met het assembleren van onderdelen voor attracties, tracks en treinen. Je controleert of alle materialen, componenten en gereedschappen beschikbaar zijn en bepaalt de juiste volgorde van de montagewerkzaamheden. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen en montagevoorschriften monteer je onder meer aandrijvingen, body's, stoelen, beugels, wielen, lagers, remmen en hydraulische en pneumatische componenten. Ook breng je leidingen voor systemen aan en zorg je ervoor dat alles correct wordt aangesloten. Je voert nauwkeurige metingen uit, stelt onderdelen af en verwerkt de resultaten in meetrapporten. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met kwaliteitscontroles om te controleren of onderdelen voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Je signaleert afwijkingen tijdens de assemblage en meldt deze tijdig zodat problemen worden voorkomen. Ook voer je onderhoud uit aan gereedschappen en productiemiddelen om een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving te behouden. Binnen deze technische assemblagefunctie werk je dagelijks met mechanische systemen, montagewerkzaamheden en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Hierdoor lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de productie van hoogwaardige attracties en treinconstructies.
