In der SES-Zentrale Salzburg suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Zeitpunkt: 1 Asset & Investment Manager (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Immobilientransaktionen: Sie begleiten bei internationalen An- und Verkäufen den gesamten Prozess von der Anbahnung über die Due Diligence Prüfung bis zum Closing.

* Portfolioanalyse: Sie bereiten Markt-, Standort- und Wettbewerberanalysen auf und analysieren die Immobilienperformances.

* Investment: Sie stimmen sich mit dem Management zu Investment-Strategien ab und bereiten die Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor.

* Wirtschaftlichkeit: Sie arbeiten bei der Erstellung von Budgets, Businessplänen und Immobilienbewertungen mit und vertreten dabei die Investorensicht.

* Koordination: Sie treten als Ansprechperson zu den Investoren auf und arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern (Banken, Gutachter, ...) zusammen.

* Reporting: Sie koordinieren das Quartalsreporting für Investoren und bereiten die Quartalsmeetings vor.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Rechtswissenschaften

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance, Controlling, Investment Management oder Immobilienwirtschaft von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch von Vorteil

* Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Office365 - insbesondere Excel

* Analytische und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Zahlenaffinität, sowie einem sehr guten Verständnis für Kennzahlen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Netzwerker:in mit souveränem Außenauftritt, selbständiger Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
