Dan hebben we goed nieuws! Voor onze vestiging te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een Assistant Accountant.

Locatie: Gosselin

Belcrownlaan 23 te Deurne (België)

Doelstelling: Je assisteert de Accountants bij alle activiteiten die bijdragen tot het succesvol afhandelen van de administratie in en rond de boekhouding. Je begrijpt de interne en externe noden en prioriteiten van klanten/leveranciers en kan tegemoetkomen aan hun verwachtingen. Je streeft een optimale samenwerking met andere collega’s en het management na teneinde de vooropgezette targets te bereiken.

Jobinhoud:

  • Je boekt operationele aankoopfacturen in en kijkt na of hiervoor de nodige budgetten zijn aangemaakt door de dossierverantwoordelijken. Je boekt ook algemene aankoopfacturen met analytische codering. Ook de bankverrichtingen worden dagelijks ingegeven (leveranciers- en klantenbetalingen);
  • Je voert ad hoc betalingen aan leveranciers uit en volgt deze op. Deze betalingen worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd via het betalingssysteem ISABEL (in samenspraak met een Accountant). Eventuele aanmaningen van leveranciers worden gecontroleerd op juistheid alvorens een betaling te voorzien;
  • Je beheert de accountancy mailboxen waarbij je de inkomende mails behandelt.
  • Je ondersteunt de afdeling met administratieve taken indien nodig.

Jouw talenten:

  • Je behaalde minstens een middelbaar diploma in een relevante richting (kantoor/boekhouden) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgedaan in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en je ben administratief sterk, details ontsnappen niet aan jouw aandacht;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van o.a. MS Office (Outlook en Excel). Kennis van Navision is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent communicatief en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven);
  • Je bent stressbestendig en staat open voor verandering.
