Unique - - - uur - - - - - uur - - - - Assistant Controller Locatie Als assistant controller draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van onze financiële processen binnen een internationale technische handelsorganisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de financial controller en het finance-team om ervoor te zorgen dat financiële rapportages en btw-aangiftes tijdig, volledig en betrouwbaar worden aangeleverd. Daarnaast analyseer je processen en denk je mee over verbeteringen die bijdragen aan onze strategische doelstellingen. Deze rol biedt een mooie kans om je expertise in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen in een dynamische omgeving. Wat je gaat doen: - Controleren en optimaliseren van dagelijkse financiële activiteiten: zoals facturering, betalingsverkeer en transacties. - Opstellen van maandelijkse financiële rapportages: inclusief analyses en aanbevelingen. - Verzorgen van btw-aangiftes: voor meerdere entiteiten binnen de organisatie. - Beoordelen en verwerken van kredietaanvragen: en ondersteunen bij intercompany facturatie. - Analyseren van voorraadcorrecties: in samenwerking met logistiek en het gebruik van ERP-rapportages.
