Leidinggeven en actief meewerken in een bruisende winkelomgeving, dat is waar deze functie om draait.

Als Assistant Store Manager ben je de rechterhand van de Store Manager en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel soepel draait. Je motiveert en coacht je team, houdt het overzicht over de voorraad en planning, en bent zelf ook actief aanwezig op de winkelvloer. Zo help je klanten snel en vriendelijk verder.

- Inspireren, begeleiden en coachen van het winkelteam om het beste uit iedereen te halen - Voorraadbeheer en tijdige bestelling van producten - Opstellen en bewaken van een efficiënte personeelsplanning - Nauwkeurig verzorgen van kassa-administratie en andere administratieve taken - Actief meewerken op de winkelvloer, van aanvullen van rekken tot klanten helpen aan de kassa

Je komt te werken in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Het rooster is afwisselend met vroege en late diensten, waaronder starten om 6.45 uur en werken tot 20.30 uur. Je werkt vijf dagen per week, inclusief zaterdag, met een keuze uit een werkweek van 32 of 36 uur.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol (aansturen van +/- 10 personen)
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid
  • Klantgerichtheid en oog voor detail

Opleiding: /

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team (+/- 10 collega's) binnen een dynamische retailomgeving.

Talenkennis: Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands.
