Als Assistant Team Leader Warehouse FG ondersteun je de Team Leader in de dagelijkse werking van het magazijn. Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, efficiënte werking en bent een aanspreekpunt voor het magazijnteam.

  • Je organiseert de ontvangst, opslag en verzending van goederen en stemt de werkzaamheden af op de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je volgt de planning op, zorgt voor een tijdige verwerking van bestellingen en neemt de taken van de Team Leader over bij afwezigheid.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en begeleidt, motiveert en coacht het magazijnteam.
  • Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van procedures, instructies, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van inkomende en uitgaande goederen, houdt de voorraadregistratie correct en voert stockcontroles en cycle counts uit.
  • Je verwerkt magazijntransacties in het ERP-systeem en denkt mee na over verbeteringen op het vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste collega die zich herkent in het volgende profiel.

  • Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving, bij voorkeur in een coördinerende of leidinggevende functie.
  • Goede kennis van logistieke processen en voorraadbeheer.
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren, met het vermogen om ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid, met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde op de werkvloer.
  • Sterke leidinggevende en communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om collega's te motiveren, duidelijke instructies te geven en indien nodig aan te spreken.
  • Ervaring met een WMS- en/of ERP-systeem (SAP is een plus), vlotte kennis van Office 365 en een goede beheersing van het
  • Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een extra troef
