Binnen dit prestigieuze project komen heel wat technische disciplines samen. Onze Technical Project Managers zorgen ervoor dat die disciplines perfect op elkaar afgestemd worden.

Als Assistant Technical Project Manager ondersteun je hen bij de technische coördinatie en opvolging van het project.

Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan een technisch uitdagend bouwproject, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en je stap voor stap verder te ontwikkelen binnen technisch projectmanagement.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Assistant Technical Project Manager werk je nauw samen met de Technical Project Manager en het bredere projectteam.

Je:

  • Ondersteunt de coördinatie en opvolging van de verschillende technische disciplines binnen het project.
  • Werkt dagelijks samen met werfleiding, projectmanagement, studiebureaus, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Helpt bij het opvolgen van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen de technische werkzaamheden.
  • Zorgt mee voor een goede technische afstemming tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Werkt samen met het BIM-team om clashes, knelpunten en technische risico's tijdig te identificeren en op te volgen.
  • Volgt technische dossiers, uitvoeringsplannen, fiches en specificaties nauwgezet op.
  • Bereidt technische overlegmomenten voor en volgt gemaakte afspraken en actiepunten mee op.
  • Signaleert technische uitdagingen en denkt samen met ervaren collega's mee over haalbare oplossingen.
  • Volgt de uitvoering op de werf mee op en helpt ervoor zorgen dat plannen en technische afspraken correct worden vertaald naar de praktijk.
  • Krijgt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je kennis van het project en de verschillende technieken groeit.

Zo bouw je niet alleen mee aan Bel Towers, maar ontwikkel je jezelf ook verder richting een volwaardige rol als Technical Project Manager.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masteropleiding in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, energietechnologie, bouwkunde of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Minstens een eerste relevante werkervaring als Project Engineer of Technical Project Manager binnen bouw, gebouwtechnieken, engineering of projectopvolging.
  • Sterke kennis in HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit en/of multitechnieken.
  • Interesse in BIM en multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en de drive om technische vraagstukken te begrijpen en mee op te lossen.
  • Goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende kennis van het Frans om professioneel samen te werken.

Je bent bereid om voornamelijk vanuit de projectsite te werken en vindt het interessant om dicht bij de uitvoering en het projectteam te staan.
