Dan voel jij je in Markelo snel thuis. Jouw impact als Assistent Accountant Als Assistent Accountant bij Countus Markelo ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als collega's. Je werkt zelfstandig aan jaarrekeningen, fiscale aangiften en financiële vraagstukken. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de cijfers. Je signaleert kansen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt ondernemers vooruit. Je ondersteunt ondernemers bij het verkrijgen van inzicht in hun financiële situatie en weet cijfers te vertalen naar praktische adviezen. Dankzij jouw ervaring herken je aandachtspunten en verbeterkansen en bespreek je deze proactief met klanten en collega's. Binnen het team vervul je daarnaast een coachende rol richting junior collega's. Je deelt kennis, beantwoordt vragen en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Zo help je niet alleen ondernemers groeien, maar ook het team om je heen. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: • Zelfstandig samenstellen van jaarrekeningen; • Opstellen en voorbereiden van fiscale aangiften; • Signaleren van advieskansen en verbeterpunten; • Deelnemen aan en voorbereiden van klantgesprekken; • Begeleiden en coachen van junior collega's; • Bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering binnen het team.
