Dit is De Zijlstroom! Brasserie Meelfabriek Zijlstroom is een bruisende brasserie gevestigd in een oude meelfabriek aan de Zijl in Leiderdorp. Onze locatie ademt historie en sfeer, en biedt veel meer dan alleen een plek om te eten. Gasten genieten bij ons van een lunch, borrel of diner in de brasserie en serre , maar we zijn ook dé plek voor evenementen. Van kookworkshops in de kookstudio tot vergaderingen op de Meelzolder , van intieme diners in het tuinhuisje tot zomerse borrels op ons grote terras aan het water met jeu de boules banen - elke dag is anders bij De Zijlstroom. Voor onze groeiende brasserie zoeken wij een Assistent Bedrijfsleider die samen met de bedrijfsleider zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jij bent de rechterhand op de vloer en achter de schermen: je geeft leiding, houdt overzicht en draait volop mee in de dagelijkse operatie. Dit ben jij - Minimaal 1 jaar horeca-ervaring, bij voorkeur in een aansturende rol. - Je bent zelfstandig, gastvrij en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende soorten service. - Je vindt het leuk om collega's aan te sturen en samen te bouwen aan een sterk team. - Je werkt actief mee op de vloer, maar altijd met een aansturende rol en oog voor het totaalplaatje. - Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en pakt verantwoordelijkheid. - Je hebt oog voor detail. - Je communiceert open en eerlijk, naar je team én naar je leidinggevende. - Je hebt overzicht, denkt vooruit en blijft rustig als het druk is. - Je bent een teamspeler die denkt in oplossingen en vooruitkijkt. - Je staat stevig in je schoenen en werkt graag mee op de vloer. - Je bent beschikbaar in avonden en weekenden, en flexibel inzetbaar.
