Je kunt bij ons rekenen op fijne collega's, een informele werksfeer, professionele begeleiding en een flexibele werkomgeving. 24-32 uur per week in Rotterdam Als Assistent Boekhouder word je intensief begeleid om je te ontwikkelen tot een ervaren boekhouder/adviseur. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's leer je al snel de kneepjes van het vak en kun je zelfstandig alle werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Werkzaamheden - Beoordelen en boeken van administraties; - Opstellen van belastingaangiftes OB, IB en VpB; - Het initiëren van (en het begeleiden bij) het optimaliseren van administratieve processen; - Het signaleren van (fiscale) voordelen voor de klant; - Het opstellen van managementrapportages; - Het begeleiden van herstructureringen en reorganisaties op administratief gebied; - Samenstellen van (geconsolideerde) jaarrekeningen, waarvan je soms zelf de administratie hebt verzorgd of gecontroleerd; - Afhankelijk van je ervaring, begeleiden van de Beginnend Assistenten. Wij verwachten - Afgeronde opleiding MBO niveau 4 of HBO Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie; - Je bent bezig met of van plan om je post-HBO opleiding te behalen; - 2-5 jaar werkervaring binnen de financiële dienstverlening, bij voorkeur op een samenstelafdeling; - Gezonde dosis lef en nieuwsgierigheid; - Initiatief en ondernemerschap; - Bereidheid om in jezelf te investeren middels opleidingen, cursussen en workshops; - Uiteraard passie voor het vak!
