  • Verwerken van aankoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen, bankverrichtingen en kasverrichtingen in de boekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande betalingen en bewaken van een vlotte financiële administratie.
  • Beheer van klanten- en leveranciersadministratie en zorgen voor correcte en actuele gegevens.
  • Controleren en reconciliëren van rekeningen, inclusief het boeken van afschrijvingen.
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van btw-aangiften en andere periodieke fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij maandafsluiting en jaarafsluiting en samenwerken met externe accountants of auditors.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbeterkansen in de boekhouding en meezoeken naar optimalisaties.
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van de financiële afdeling zodat de brouwerij dagelijks financieel vlot blijft draaien.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy, boekhouding of fiscaliteit.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over 1–3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy of financiële administratie (nice-to-have).
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, ambitieus en leergierig en wil mee evolueren met een groeiende organisatie.
  • Je hebt een hands-on, ondernemende mentaliteit en staat open om nieuwe processen en tools aan te leren.
  • Je werkt doelgericht, blijft gefocust tot een dossier volledig is afgewerkt en gaat nauwkeurig om met cijfers.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Excel, Word en PowerPoint; ervaring met Power BI en Business Central is een extra troef (nice-to-have).
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt graag samen met collega's en bouwt een professionele relatie op met externe partners.
