Op onze vestigingen in Alkmaar, Beverwijk, Heerhugowaard, Haarlem en Amsterdam werken ongeveer 210 collega's. Op alle locaties hebben wij een grote en gevarieerde klantenportefeuille. Voornamelijk MKB maar ook grote ondernemingen en internationale bedrijven behoren tot onze klantenkring. Ondernemers kunnen bij ons terecht voor al hun vraagstukken. We krijgen energie van het vertrouwen dat onze klanten ons geven en we willen ondernemers ontzorgen, bijstaan en begeleiden op hun ondernemerspad. Als ervaren Assistent in de controlepraktijk houd jij je bezig met werkzaamheden voor controleopdrachten en/of aanverwante assurance-opdrachten. Zo controleer je jaarrekeningen, subsidieafrekeningen, omzetverklaringen en verzekerd belang verklaringen. Om dit goed te kunnen uitvoeren ben je regelmatig, samen met een team van collega's, op locatie bij klanten. Daarnaast begeleid jij in deze rol ook beginnende assistenten en stagiaires. Als team zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de planning en het behalen van deadlines. Daarnaast adviseren jullie bedrijfsprocessen bij de klant en schatten jullie de risico's in. Tijdens dit proces schakel je regelmatig met de klant, de (junior) manager en/of accountant.
