In deze functie werk je dagelijks aan boekingen, afsluitingen en het verbeteren van financiële processen. Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt actief mee over optimalisatie en levert waardevolle input voor rapportages en analyses. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever, een leverancier in de regio Venlo, ga je aan de slag als Assistent Controller met een brede financiële verantwoordelijkheid. Je verwerkt dagelijks inkoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen en memoriaalboekingen in het financiële systeem. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer en zorg je dat betalingen tijdig en correct worden uitgevoerd. Je ondersteunt actief bij de maandafsluiting, kwartaalafsluiting en jaarafsluiting en controleert balansspecificaties op juistheid. Ook signaleer je knelpunten in financiële processen en denk je mee over verbeteringen om de administratie efficiënter in te richten. Verder lever je financiële data aan voor rapportages en analyses, zodat het management inzicht krijgt in de prestaties van de organisatie. Je ondersteunt bij btw-aangiftes en werkt mee aan interne en externe audits. Binnenkomende financiële vragen pak je zelfstandig op en je zorgt voor een duidelijke terugkoppeling. Door jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze blijft de financiële administratie up-to-date en betrouwbaar. In deze rol ontwikkel je je verder richting financial control en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen de financiële organisatie.
