Voor een voedingsbedrijf te Herent zijn we op zoek naar een ploegleider productie in 2 ploegen.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Je staat in voor het realiseren van de geplande productievolumes. Dit doe je zowel door zelf actief mee te werken als door de werkzaamheden op de vloer te organiseren en op te volgen. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat alle regels rond hygiëne, kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid strikt worden nageleefd en dat medewerkers en middelen efficiënt worden ingezet.
  • Bij technische storingen neem je het initiatief om de juiste acties te coördineren. Je volgt de prestaties van lijnverantwoordelijken en techniekers nauw op, met als doel het beperken van verliezen en het garanderen van een vlot verlopend productieproces.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat alle geproduceerde goederen voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen volgens de interne richtlijnen.
  • Daarnaast motiveer en begeleid je medewerkers, zowel individueel als in teamverband. Je ondersteunt hen zodat ze hun taken correct en volgens de verwachtingen kunnen uitvoeren op het vlak van output, kwaliteit, hygiëne, planning, veiligheid en procedures.
  • Je zorgt ook voor een accurate en tijdige registratie van alle productiegegevens volgens de vastgelegde werkwijzen.
  • Verder draag je actief bij aan een nette, veilige en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.

Na je inwerkperiode neem je op regelmatige basis de volledige ploeg zelfstandig onder je hoede.

  • Je beschikt minimum over een technisch middelbaar diploma.
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving. (pluspunt in de voeding)
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je bent in staat om medewerkers te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
