Functieomschrijving Als Assistent Controller werk je nauw samen met de Controller en ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële administratie. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, zodat je deze functie op termijn zelfstandig kunt uitvoeren en kunt doorgroeien naar Controller. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van inkomende en uitgaande betalingen; - Opstellen en bewaken van de liquiditeitsplanning; - Verzorgen van maandafsluitingen; - Ondersteunen bij financiële rapportages; - Beheren van verzekeringen en administratieve processen; - Verwerken en controleren van weekstaten en ritadministraties; - Aanleveren van gegevens voor de salarisverwerking; - Ondersteunen bij diverse HR-administratieve werkzaamheden; - Bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en mutaties. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een financiële richting; - Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Ambitie om door te groeien naar de functie van Controller; - Een nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkwijze; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een proactieve instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
