ID:20166-77168 De organisatie: Namens een projectenorganisatie in Nijmegen ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een assistent controller. Deze functie is bij uitstek geschikt voor iemand die enkele jaren werkervaring heeft op de financiële administratie en graag de stap richting controlling wil zetten. Je komt te werken voor een groeiende organisatie waar in totaal zo'n 200 personen werken. De sfeer binnen het team is erg prettig. Iedereen kent elkaar goed, er wordt nauw samengewerkt en iedereen is trots op de kwaliteit van de projecten die opgeleverd worden. Mede door de combinatie van deze factoren groeit de organisatie hard door. Inmiddels rekenen veel organisaties in Oost-Nederland op de expertise van deze organisatie als het gaat om technische verdiensten. De functie: In deze functie kom je terecht in het financiële team, dat momenteel uit zo'n 10 personen ontstaat. Je rapporteert aan de controller en aan het hoofd financiële administratie, met wie je allebei ook nauw samenwerkt. Deze functie is nog niet in een keurslijf gegoten, wat maakt dat er veel ruimte is voor eigen inbreng. Zo kun je werkzaamheden naar je toe trekken die jou liggen en waar jij blij van wordt. Werkzaamheden waarmee je in ieder geval te maken krijgt, omvatten: - Het ondersteunen bij periodieke afsluitingen en het jaarrekeningtraject; - Het proactief meedenken over procesverbetering en optimaliseringsmogelijkheden; - Het verwerken van boekingen/journaalposten; - Het meedraaien in de salarisadministratie.
