Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie Als Assistent Controller ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het Finance team. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse financiële administratie, maar kijkt ook verder dan de cijfers alleen. Je signaleert waar processen beter kunnen en pakt verbeteringen zelfstandig op. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Verwerken en controleren van inkoopfacturen, memoboekingen (LJP) en betalingen - Controleren van het grootboek - Voorbereiden van de maand- en jaarafsluiting - Uitvoeren van ad-hoc en reguliere financiële analyses - Ondersteunen bij complexe financiële vraagstukken - Meewerken aan marge- en forecastanalyses - Onderhouden en verbeteren van Power BI-dashboards - Meedenken over en uitvoeren van procesoptimalisaties, onder andere rondom Byner, Reverse Billing en Power BI - Samenwerken met consultants en andere stakeholders rondom financiële en technische vraagstukken Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Binnen het Finance team zijn de lijnen kort en is iedereen goed bereikbaar. Er is regelmatig teamoverleg en wanneer er iets speelt, zoek je elkaar makkelijk op. Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om initiatief te nemen. Zie je dat iets slimmer, sneller of beter kan? Dan wordt het gewaardeerd als je dit signaleert én oppakt.
