The posting

Als Assistent Directieraad kom je te werken bij de afdeling Bestuurszaken, die de directieraad ondersteunt en het college van burgemeester en wethouders ontzorgt. De directieraad bestaat uit een algemeen directeur/gemeentesecretaris en vier directeuren.

Je bewaakt de complexe agenda en zorgt voor rust en overzicht, rekening houdend met de inhoudelijke, organisatorische en prioritaire aard en de politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen. Je denkt voortdurend twee stappen vooruit, zodat de directeur zonder zorgen om organisatorische zaken de dag doorkomt.

Je zorgt dat de directeur altijd tijdig en correct geïnformeerd is. Binnengekomen gesprekken en correspondentie behandel en beoordeel je op belang en urgentie, je voegt proactief benodigde informatie toe, zet deze door of bewaakt de afhandeling. Daarnaast organiseer je multidisciplinaire overleggen, verzorg je de verslaglegging en bewaak je de voortgang van gemaakte afspraken en genomen besluiten.

Je bent achtervang voor de ondersteuning van de directieraad: het DR-dossier coördineren, agenderen via Notubiz, notuleren, terugkoppelen en de besluitenlijst bijhouden.

Je hebt mbo/ hbo werk- en denkniveau.

Je hebt enkele jaren secretariële ervaring op directie- of bestuursniveau in het bedrijfsleven, bij de overheid of bij een non-profitorganisatie.

Je brengt structuur aan, pikt snel nieuwe informatie op en legt snel verbanden. Je brengt de juiste prioritering aan en werkt goed zelfstandig en in teamverband.

Je spreekt en schrijft correct Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de Engelse spreek- en schrijftaal.

Je gaat integer en discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.

Je bent stressbestendig.
