Binnen het segment Home Textiles ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten in de wereld van woon- en huishoudtextiel.

Je analyseert leveranciers, producten en prijzen, volgt de nieuwste trends op en ondersteunt het aankoopteam bij het samenstellen van aantrekkelijke collecties die inspelen op de behoeften van onze klanten.

Deze functie biedt een unieke combinatie van sourcing, productanalyse, aankoopondersteuning en collectieontwikkeling, waarbij jouw onderzoek en inzichten rechtstreeks bijdragen aan de groei van onze Home Textiles activiteiten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Sourcing & Product Research

  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en fabrikanten binnen de sector van home textiles en huishoudtextiel.
  • Analyseren van catalogi, collecties en productgamma's.
  • Detecteren van producten met het grootste commerciële potentieel.
  • Opvolgen van markttrends, nieuwe materialen, technieken, kleuren en dessins.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een overzichtelijke leveranciers- en productdatabase. Analyse & Vergelijking van Leveranciersoffertes
  • Centraliseren van offertes, prijslijsten en productinformatie.
  • Vergelijken van leveranciers op basis van prijs, kwaliteit, samenstelling en specificaties.
  • Uitwerken van vergelijkende analyses en prijsmatrices.
  • Onderzoeken van prijsverschillen en identificeren van optimalisatiekansen. Ondersteuning bij Collectieontwikkeling
  • Analyseren van leverancierscatalogi in functie van nieuwe collecties.
  • Matchen van seizoensbehoeften met beschikbare producten.
  • Voorbereiden van productselecties voor nieuwe collecties.
  • Signaleren van producten die bestaande collecties kunnen versterken.
  • Uitwerken van presentaties en beslissingsdocumenten voor het aankoopteam. Leveranciersopvolging
  • Opvolgen van prijsaanvragen en offertes.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers voor aanvullende informatie.
  • Opvolgen van stalen, monsters en leveringen.
  • Ondersteunen van het aankoopteam bij dagelijkse sourcingactiviteiten.

Wij zoeken een collega die:

  • Zeer georganiseerd en nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Sterk is in Excel (o.a. SOMMEN.ALS, VERT.ZOEKEN/X.ZOEKEN, draaitabellen en analyses).
  • Beschikt over een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Affiniteit heeft met producten, materialen, design, interieur en woontextiel.
  • Gegevens uit verschillende bronnen kan vergelijken, interpreteren en structureren.
  • Nieuwsgierig is naar nieuwe trends binnen de Home Textiles markt.
  • Zelfstandig onderzoek doet en proactief alternatieven voorstelt.
  • Vlot communiceert met leveranciers.
  • Professioneel kan werken in het Engels.
  • Ervaring heeft binnen aankoop, sourcing of productmanagement (pluspunt).
