Onze opdrachtgever, Groep Vervecken, is een ondernemende speler in de retail markt in de Kempense regio. Voor hun HUBO-filialen in Retie en Arendonk zijn wij op dit moment op zoek naar:

Assistent Filiaalleider

Met groeipotentieel

Functie:

· In deze groeifunctie werk je mee dagdagelijks in de winkel en ondersteun je de Bouwmarktleider in het algemeen beheer van de bouwmarkt.

· Je organiseert mee de uitbouw van de winkel en plant hiervoor nauwgezet de nodige operationele stappen.

· Je groeit naar leiderschap, waarbij je investeert in de medewerkers en doelgericht de onderlinge samenwerking en individuele groei van mensen stimuleert.

· Je hebt een hoger denkniveau en kunt terugvallen op een eerste relevante werkervaring in een Retail omgeving.

· Organiseren en structureren zit je in het bloed.

· Je werkt graag met mensen en kunt snel hun talenten inschatten.

· Je klantgerichte houding en probleemoplossend vermogen maken jou de ideale kandidaat.
