Je onderzoekt waar de klant naar opzoek is en je maakt altijd tijd voor een praatje met een vaste klant die toevallig langsloopt! Wanneer jij bij Holland&Barrett start krijg je een leuke onboarding die een hele dag duurt waar je samen met je nieuwe collega's een kijkje neemt in de keuken van Holland&Barrett. Vervolgens start je, naast je werk met de e-learning; in ongeveer drie maanden tijd leer jij alles over het assortiment waardoor je de klant optimaal kan adviseren. Natuurlijk stopt het daar niet; jij bent zo geïnteresseerd in onze natuurlijke producten dat jij altijd bezig bent met het up to date houden van je kennis over het assortiment. Naast het adviseren van onze klanten ondersteun je bij kassawerkzaamheden, het aanvullen van de schappen en help je mee met het behalen van de doelstellingen van het filiaal. Wanneer de Filiaalmanager niet aanwezig is ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de winkel. Je moet dus stevig in je schoenen staan en het leuk vinden zo nu en dan het team aan te sturen. Ambitie? Top! Als Assistent Filiaalmanager bij Holland&Barrett kan je doorgroeien naar de functie van Filiaalmanger! Misschien niet in het filiaal waar je begint met werken, maar met ruim 200 winkels in Nederland is er vast een ander filiaal bij jou in de buurt! Wat neem je mee Jij bent geïnteresseerd in natuurlijke gezondheid, verzorging en voeding. Je hebt affiniteit met de producten van Holland & Barrett en wilt graag alles over de producten leren. Jij weet je hoofd koel te houden wanneer er een lange rij voor de kassa staat en drie mensen tegelijk ingewikkelde vrage...
