Je zorgt ervoor dat alles goed loopt: van team en planning tot uitstraling en resultaat. Je werkt actief mee op de vloer, adviseert klanten en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een prettige winkelervaring. Tegelijkertijd stuur je het team aan, begeleid je collega's in hun werk en help je nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun inwerkperiode. Je houdt overzicht in de winkel, zorgt dat deze er verzorgd uitziet en dat de voorraad op orde is. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de personeelsplanning, verlof en verzuim en denk je mee over het behalen van de commerciële doelen. Wanneer de Filiaalmanager afwezig is, neem jij de leiding en zorg je dat alles optimaal blijft draaien. Wat neem je mee We zoeken een collega die klaar is om meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en energie krijgt van het begeleiden van een team. Je wilt je verder ontwikkelen in een leidinggevende rol. Je houdt overzicht, kunt goed plannen en weet anderen te motiveren. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: Mbo werk- en denkniveau Een beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op minimaal C1 nivea Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een aansturende rol (bij voorkeur retail) Ervaring met werken in een commerciële omgeving Duidelijke en praktisch in communicatie Flexibel inzetbaar (weekenden en koopavonden) Ervaring met gezondheid, supplementen of verzorging is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste; wij zorgen voor een passend opleidingsprogramma.
