In deze rol draait alles om samenwerking: jij bent er om jouw team te laten stralen, te ondersteunen en te coachen. Samen bouwen jullie aan een fijne, open sfeer waarin zowel de klant als je collega's zich echt gezien voelen. Jouw rol als assistent filiaalmanager In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de coach op de werkvloer. Je helpt collega's het beste uit zichzelf te halen door te luisteren, positieve feedback te geven en hen dagelijks te begeleiden. Zo zorg je er samen voor dat de winkel op rolletjes loopt. Omdat het een dynamische functie is in de retail, ben je flexibel inzetbaar tijdens de reguliere openingstijden, inclusief de weekenden en koopavonden.
