Als Assistent Hotel Manager word je de rechterhand van de Hotel Manager in een stijlvol hotel in Knokke. Je krijgt de kans om actief mee te draaien in de dagelijkse organisatie en waakt erover dat gasten zich welkom en verzorgd voelen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel collega’s als gasten en zorgt samen met het team voor een vlekkeloze werking.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag ondersteun je bij het aansturen van het team, help je mee aan de receptie, bij het ontbijt en de high-tea. Je coördineert de planning, volgt bestellingen op en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Daarnaast organiseer je events en brief je het team, zodat iedereen goed geïnformeerd is en gasten optimaal bediend worden.

• Je hebt een diploma op bachelor- of secundair niveau (ASO/TSO). • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in de hotelsector of eventcoördinatie. • Je werkt graag hands-on en voelt je thuis in een levendige omgeving. • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en liefst meertalig (Nederlands, Frans, Engels). • Je communiceert vlot, zowel met collega’s, gasten als leveranciers. • Je beschikt over een sterke werkethiek en respecteert de juiste normen en waarden. • Je toont empathie en blijft professioneel in elke situatie. • Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels (spreken, schrijven, begrijpen).
