DAS ERWARTET DICH:

* Vorrangige Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung hinsichtlich Korrespondenz, Evidenz, Protokollführung und Terminkoordination

* Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Themen in Form von Unterlagen, Berichten und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung

* Ablagemanagement Bereich Geschäftsführung, sowie Verwaltung vertraulicher Akten

Verwaltung der Geschäftsführungs-Mailadresse

* Organisation von internen Firmenfeiern

* Informations- und Kommunikationsschnittstelle zur Geschäftsleitung für interne und externe Ansprechpartner_innen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, o.ä.)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Assistenz-/Sekretariatsbereich

* Ausgezeichnete IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Outlook)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Anwendungen

* Organisationstalent, Initiative, Verlässlichkeit, gute Umgangsformen und selbstbewusstes Auftreten

* Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft

* Integrität und Loyalität, vertrauensvoller Umgang und Diskretion

* Grundverständnis der Immobilienbranche ist von Vorteil
