Jobomschrijving

Wij zijn een familiaal voedingsbedrijf waar smaak en ambacht samenkomen in heerlijke salades, sauzen en verse bereidingen. Met een sterke reputatie en een bruisend team van 60 collega’s groeien we stevig verder.

En groeien? Dat doen we natuurlijk met kwaliteit als belangrijkste ingrediënt. Daarom versterken we ons team met een Assistent Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.

Je wordt de rechterhand van onze kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke en krijgt de kans om alle kneepjes van het kwaliteitsvak verder onder de knie te krijgen. Je bent daarbij zowel op de productievloer als achter je bureau te vinden. Want kwaliteit - die proef je niet alleen in het eindproduct, die bewaak je van begin tot eind.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als onze smaakbewaker zorg je er samen met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke voor dat kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid elke dag op het menu staan.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je voert kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles uit op de werkvloer en volgt registraties op.
  • Je neemt stalen en volgt analyses en eventuele afwijkingen op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij ons kwaliteitssysteem (HACCP, IFS, Bio, …) en bij audits en inspecties.
  • Je volgt klachten en corrigerende acties mee op.
  • Je houdt kwaliteitsdocumentatie, productspecificaties en voedingswaarden up-to-date.
  • Je spot verbeterpunten en denkt mee over hoe het nog slimmer en beter kan.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, R&D en andere afdelingen.

Je staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Onze kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke neemt je mee in het verhaal en geeft je de ruimte om bij te leren, initiatief te nemen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op je bord te nemen.

Wanneer werk jij?

  • Je werkt van maandag t.e.m. vrijdag en start om 6u samen met de vroege ploeg. Zo weet je meteen wat er leeft in productie.
  • Het weekend? Dat is helemaal van jou. Altijd vrij!

  • HACCP, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitssystemen klinken je niet helemaal vreemd in de oren.
