Onze klant zorgt dagelijks voor een kwaliteitsvol assortiment vers en voorgebakken brood en banket voor retail en foodservice.

Als Assistent Logistiek Manager ben je de rechterhand van de Logistiek Manager en combineer je operationele betrokkenheid met organisatorisch inzicht.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse aansturing van de logistieke afdeling.
  • Je staat mee in voor de planning en coördinatie van transporten, chauffeurs en externe partners.
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en grijpt proactief in bij afwijkingen.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt chauffeurs en logistieke medewerkers.
  • Je volgt logistieke KPI's op en werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten.
  • Je controleert en verwerkt transport- en distributiefacturen.
  • Je analyseert logistieke gegevens en doet voorstellen om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en externe magazijnen.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van transportdocumenten en logistieke dossiers.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de Logistiek Manager neem je de dagelijkse coördinatie van de afdeling op.

Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau of relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of supply chain.

Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een logistieke of coördinerende functie.

Ervaring met personeelsplanning, transportplanning of magazijnbeheer is een sterke troef.

Je organiseert vlot, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht.

Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en blijft rustig onder druk.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan professioneel communiceren in het Frans.

Je werkt vlot met MS Office. Kennis van ERP- en planningssystemen is een pluspunt.

Je voelt je goed in een operationele omgeving en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Een rijbewijs CE is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
