Ben je op zoek naar een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en variatie? In onze productie van hoogwaardige vinylrollen ondersteun jij als assistent ploegchef de nachtploeg en draag je bij aan een efficiënt en veilig productieproces. Je bent de rechterhand van de ploegchef en springt bij waar nodig om de continuïteit, kwaliteit en productiviteit te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van de ploegchef bij het plannen en organiseren van dagelijkse productieactiviteiten.
  • Bewaken van alle stappen van het productieproces en opvolgen van werkpostparameters.
  • Assisteren bij technische haperingen, storingen, breedtewissels en drukmachinewissels.
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van oorzaken voor 2de keuze-producten.
  • Proactief signaleren van technische mankementen aan de Technical Manager.
  • Vlotte samenwerking en communicatie met operatoren, ploegchef en andere afdelingen.
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer.
  • Tijdelijk overnemen van het takenpakket van de ploegchef bij afwezigheid.
  • Nauwkeurig, oog voor detail en niet kleurenblind.
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en durf om overleg te voeren.
  • Heftruckattest in bezit.
  • Vertrouwd met MES- en ACCESS-programma's.
  • Orde en netheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Talen: vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; basis schriftelijk Nederlands of Frans is voldoende.
