Voor een groeiend en innovatief productiebedrijf binnen de voedingssector in Westerlo zijn we op zoek naar een Assistent Ploegverantwoordelijke.

In deze rol combineer je operationeel leiderschap met coaching, planning en procesoptimalisatie. Je ondersteunt de ploegverantwoordelijke in de dagelijkse werking en neemt zijn of haar verantwoordelijkheden over bij afwezigheid.

Ben jij een geboren people manager die energie haalt uit het behalen van resultaten samen met een team? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een groot productieteam.
  • Het behalen van dagelijkse KPI's rond output, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • De personeelsplanning binnen de ploeg mee op te volgen.
  • Productiegegevens te controleren, rapporteren en analyseren.
  • Afwijkingen en knelpunten te onderzoeken en samen met het team structurele oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
  • Het stimuleren van continue verbetering op de werkvloer.
  • Het begeleiden, opleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Het onthaal en de integratie van nieuwe collega's.
  • Een vlotte overdracht tussen de verschillende ploegen te garanderen.
  • Logistieke ondersteuning te bieden waar nodig.
  • De rol van ploegverantwoordelijke op te nemen tijdens afwezigheden.
  • Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar leiderschap, samenwerking en resultaatgericht werken centraal staan.

Jij bent een sterke communicator die mensen kan enthousiasmeren en richting geven.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van grotere teams.
  • Een coachende en motiverende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een analytische en probleemoplossende aanpak.
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen.
  • Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Vlotte computervaardigheden.

Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
