Nog geen ervaring als Productiemanager, maar wel de ambitie om het vak te leren? Ook dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te reageren. Je kunt starten als Assistent Productiemanager en jezelf ontwikkelen tot Productiemanager. Wat ga je doen? Als (Assistent) Productiemanager in de agrarische sector ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van het volledige productieproces. Van het oogsten en verwerken van de bloemen tot en met het transport: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles zo efficiënt en soepel mogelijk verloopt. Daarbij houd je continu de kwaliteit, planning en voortgang in de gaten. Je geeft leiding aan medewerkers, werkt waar nodig mee in de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarnaast kijk je actief naar mogelijkheden om processen en planningen te verbeteren. Je hebt contact met verschillende interne en externe partijen en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokkenen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en aansturen van het productieproces; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en productiviteit; - Opstellen en optimaliseren van planningen; - Coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in processen; - Afstemmen met leveranciers, logistieke partners en andere betrokkenen; - Toezien op het behalen en naleven van vastgestelde normen en richtlijnen.
