Sinds april 2023 wordt de voorkant geleid door onze Maître d' Sommelier Ronald Opten. Met zijn ervaring in de topgastronomie, onder andere bij het Amstel Hotel en Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg, is hij een inspiratiebron voor zowel collega's als gasten. Als Assistent Sommelier bij Bougainville ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en presentatie van onze wijnselectie, maar speel je ook een cruciale rol in de totale gastbeleving. Je adviseert gasten over wijnen en wijn-spijscombinaties op het hoogste niveau en weet jouw kennis en passie op een toegankelijke en gastvrije manier over te brengen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke gast een unieke en memorabele ervaring beleeft, waarbij aandacht, detail en kwaliteit centraal staan. Daarnaast word je intensief getraind en begeleid door de besten uit het vak, waarbij jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling voorop staat. Wanneer jij behoefte hebt aan verdere training of verdieping, bieden wij jou alle mogelijkheden om te groeien. Hotel TwentySeven en Restaurant Bougainville zijn een bestemming en toevluchtsoord, waar alles mogelijk is voor onze gasten. Onze medewerkers spelen hierin een essentiële rol.
