Dan zoeken wij jou als assistent manager voor onze woon- en slaapwinkel in Heerlen! Wat ga je doen? - Jij geeft leiding aan een team gedreven verkoopadviseurs. - Jij traint, begeleidt en enthousiasmeert het verkoopteam on-the-job bij het geven van persoonlijk en inspirerend advies aan de klant. - Samen bouw je een 'feestje' met de klant tijdens de zoektocht naar het perfecte interieur. - Jij creëert een optimaal klimaat, zodat jouw team klant- en salesgericht kan werken. - Jij zorgt voor een effectieve personeels- en activiteitenplanning. - Jij zet het ondernemingsplan van onze woon- en slaapwinkel succesvol om in de praktijk. Dit ben jij! - MBO denkniveau. - Minimaal 2-3 jaar retail werkervaring. - Jij beheerst de Nederlandse en Duitse taal goed. - Jij bent een sales persoon in hart en nieren. - Jij houdt van een innovatieve omgeving. - Jij bent opgewekt en resultaatgericht. - Tevreden klanten geven jou een kick. - Jij bent bereid om 36 zaterdagen en 36 zondagen per jaar te werken. - Werken op koopavonden en feestdagen is voor jou geen probleem.
