Als Assistent Storemanager ben jij samen met de Storemanager verantwoordelijk voor de winkel in Breda. Jij zet je elke dag vol in om winkelprocessen beter te maken en stuurt met enthousiasme een winkelteam aan. Zo zorg je continu voor groei in NPS en commerciële resultaten van jouw winkel. Denk hierbij aan zaken als cash-geld, veiligheid, administratie, schappenplan en het juiste gebruik van onze systemen. - Sturen op verbeteringen in onze processen. Je hebt een analytische blik en weet data te vertalen naar concrete inzichten en actiepunten om zo de winkelprocessen en de Coolblue-winkel iedere dag een beetje beter te maken. - Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van een winkelteam, zodat het team elke dag een beetje beter wordt. Dit doe je door betrokken te zijn in het sollicitatieproces, het voeren van feedbackgesprekken, functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken, verzuimgesprekken en slecht nieuws gesprekken. - Inspireren van jouw team om doelen te behalen en te verhogen, waaronder een torenhoge NPS. Natuurlijk sla je ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen om het goede voorbeeld te geven. Functieomschrijving - Geld.
