Voor een producent van buizen, koppelingen en toebehoren in Herentals, zoeken we een technisch operator / machinesteller met groeitraject tot onderhoudstechnieker.

Als Assistent Supervisor Afro ondersteun je de Supervisor in de dagelijkse werking van onze afdeling Afrol. Deze afdeling staat in voor de verwerking van grote coils buis tot standaardformaten en verpakte eindproducten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de planning, opvolging en continue verbetering van de afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de afdeling Afrol;
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van planningen en personeelsbezetting;
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en productieprestaties;
  • Actief meewerken aan Continuous Improvement projecten (Lean, 5S, optimalisaties);
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties;
  • Mee instaan voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid op de afdeling;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor operatoren en teamleaders bij afwezigheid van de Supervisor;
  • Rapporteren aan de Supervisor Afrol.

Het bedrijf zoekt iemand met dit profiel:

  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Ervaring als teamleader of in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving;
  • Een sterke interesse in planning, organisatie en productieprocessen;
  • Kennis van Lean Manufacturing, 5S of Continuous Improvement is een grote plus;
  • Hands-on, gestructureerd en organisatorisch sterk;
  • Communicatief sterk en kan mensen motiveren en aansturen;
  • Neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen en verbeteringen;
  • Flexibel en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
