De klant is een familiaal bedrijf dat karton produceert en verwerkt tot een op maat gemaakte verpakking. Met een 28-tal verwerkingsmachines kunnen zij een grote diversiteit van dozen aanbieden. De verpakkingen bieden onbeperkte mogelijkheden in alle sectoren van de industrie waardoor ze onder de essentiële sector vallen.

Als rechterhand van de teamleader zorg je voor de vlotte werking van de golfkartonmachine in de nacht.

Je ondersteunt bij:

  • Opstart en opvolging van de golfkartonmachine
  • Kwaliteitscontrole en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Oog voor orde, netheid en veiligheid
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van het team van 5 operatoren waar nodig
  • In- en uitrijden van papierrollen met heftruck (8 ton!)

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest/ je bent bereid om een opleiding te volgen om met een 8-tonner heftruck met papierklem te werken. Je bent fysiek in goede conditie – dit is een actieve job
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Spreek je een mondje Roemeens, dan is dit mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, leergierig, stressbestendig en werkt graag ’s nachts
  • Je kan tegen een warme en luide omgeving
  • Je bent een goede people manager die kan bemiddelen bij conflicten.

Iemand die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen een team van vijf operatoren en vlot het overzicht bewaart.

  • Voelt zich goed in een ondersteunende rol naast de teamleader.
  • Neemt spontaan initiatief en durft extra verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Stelt zich breed inzetbaar op en wil alle werkposten en machines grondig begrijpen.
  • Blijft betrouwbaar en denkt mee in een rol waarin continuïteit belangrijk is.
  • Werkt zelf ook mee met de andere operatoren en springt in bij afwezigheid van de teamleader
