Assistent teler glastuinbouw €2700 - €3400 Fulltime De Lier Assistent teler glastuinbouw Voor een kwekerij in De Lier zoeken we een assistent teler voor snijchrysant en gerbera. Wat ga je doen? - Je bewaakt en stuurt het teeltklimaat, de watergift, bemesting en gewasbescherming bij - Dagelijkse teeltwerkzaamheden voer je uit in nauwe samenwerking met de teler - Teeltvakken maak je gereed voorafgaand aan de teelt - Poten, gewasonderhoud en frezen horen ook bij jouw taken - Teelttechnische data registreer en analyseer je voor continue verbetering - Je houdt veiligheids- en hygiëneregels goed in de gaten - Gemiddeld 1x per 6 tot 8 weken draai je storingsdienst - Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag, in de zomer van 06.30 tot 14.30 uur en in de winter van 07.30 tot 15.30 uur Wat bieden we jou? - Een salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.400 bruto per maand - 8% vakantiegeld - 25,5 vakantiedagen - Pensioenregeling cao Glastuinbouw, werkgever betaalt twee derde van de premie - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer - Uitzicht op een vast contract - Volop opleidingsmogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld voor een spuitlicentie, en ruimte om door te groeien Wat breng je mee? - Een spuitlicentie en heftruckcertificaat, of je bent bereid deze te behalen - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal goed - Affiniteit met teelt en interesse in nieuwe teelttechnieken - Je bent niet bang om fysiek stevig aan de slag te gaan Over je nieuwe werkgever Jouw nieuwe werkgever is een toonaangevende kwekerij in De Lier, gespecialiseerd in de teelt van snijbloemen.
